DMA Fall Minis
Welcome to the information page for the DMA Fall Photo Fundraiser!
This year, things look a little different. Following feedback from families who participated in a poll earlier this summer, we have some new locations and even some order customization options! Read below for all of the information, or feel free to go ahead and use this button to register now.
Mini Session Locations:
This year, Donaldson Farms in Hackettstown is offering us use of their pumpkin patch at no additional cost. If you are able, please take some time after your shoot to walk around and perhaps purchase pumpkins, decorative gourds, or participate in U-Pick apples as a thank-you for their generosity! No pets will be allowed at this location.
Shea Servidio Photography will also offer one date of in-studio photos. This shoot will be indoors in a traditional studio setting.
Mini Sessions:
As in years past, mini sessions are extra-mini! For $25, families get fifteen minutes of photography time at a given location. Locations are set in advance, please check the location of the specific date that you are registering for!
The $25 sitting fee is paid directly to the school. The more families participating, the better! Time slots will be released in increments in order to assure consecutive bookings at off-site locations. The $25 sitting fee is required in advance to officially book a time slot. Photos will not be released until the sitting fee has been paid. Sitting fees may be paid either by cash or check made out to Divine Mercy Academy. Please send your sitting fee into school in an envelope with your family name and “Photo Fundraiser” so that we can correctly mark you as paid! Digital downloads from your final gallery are $20 to purchase.
This year, unlike previous years, families will have the option to pre-purchase all digital downloads in their final gallery. This offer is only available at the time of registration for the event and you can make payment by cash, Zelle, or Venmo directly to Shea Servidio Photography. This is an opportunity specifically requested in feedback, so it is being “beta tested” this year! We might need to be patient with the system while I work out how to make this experience smoother. Those who pre-purchase their digital images will receive a download code for their gallery once full payment has been received. Please note: Pre-purchasing digital downloads does not exempt a family from paying the $25 sitting fee directly to Divine Mercy Academy!
Private Sessions:
In the past, private sessions have been discounted with the promise of a portion of proceeds going to Divine Mercy Academy. It is typically not a popular option and the request has been to move into offering the “all free digital downloads package” option at the mini session rate. For that reason, 1-hr private sessions this year will be at my standard cost ($390) but with $100 being donated to the school.
This means that, for $190 more than the mini session all-digitals package, you would receive:
1hr of shoot time
All free digital downloads
The freedom to choose from any number of locations and dates (subject to availability)
More personalized styling/more opportunity for your own creativity in your shoot.
