Process

  • This is where we meet in person or on Zoom. We discuss your inspiration (colors, invitation fonts, etc.), go over ideas regarding what pages to include, and I get to know you guys!

    After the consult, you will receive a contract and invoice before designing will begin. There is a 50% deposit required prior to any design work being exchanged.

  • Shea Servidio Photography will create a wedding email for you to manage your website from—rather than dealing with transferring of any kind!

  • If you have copy already (the text you want included on your website), then you should send it after paying your deposit. I will use this to build your FAQ and other pages so that it’s all pre-done for you!

  • Your check-in meeting is held digitally where I show you all of what your website looks like. This is your draft. We will make changes here.

  • Final payment is made on your invoice.

  • Your email and its password is handed over along with the password for your wedding website! You now control the reins, and you should change your passwords as soon as you get into your accounts.

    If you have to/want to pay for your website, you will be responsible for doing so once it is handed over. I will not take credit card information over the phone.

  • I can also create wedding Instagrams to link to your website if you would like along with up to twelve pre-designed posts with information on your website.

Pre-Templated Wedding Websites

For websites created using WeddingWire, Zola, TheKnot, etc., pricing begins at $500. With additional changes or work beyond the initial contract, there may be need for an amendment to the contract and additional cost.

Pre-Templated Websites

For websites created using more generally pre-templated tools like Squarespace or Wix, pricing begins at $800. With additional changes or work beyond the initial contract, there may be need for an amendment to the contract and additional cost.

PLEASE NOTE: For websites powered by Squarespace specifically, there may be an expedited fee during busy seasons (fall and spring) since Squarespace requires your building be completed within 14 days.

Fully-Custom Websites

At this time, I am not offering fully-customized websites. These are in fact the best way to fully-match your invitation suite to a webpage. Unfortunately, as they are time-consuming, I can only take a limited number of clients for this per year and pricing varies, but starts at $1,200.
